lose weight and i have tried over the counter pills and weightwatchers and it's just wasn't for me!!I have been reading about these pills and they have me a little paranoid to take for several reasons... 1 i used to be addicted to meth and i don't want that feeling back 2 i really don't know how to stop these pills when im ready to get off them because i don't have a dr and these are gelcaps so they can't be cut in half!!I am so desperate to lose weight but am scared at the same tim. What should I do?
There are many ways to lose weight. Most "weight loss" pills do have something in them for instant energy - a way to speed up the body. If you had problems with meth it is very likely you would have problems with these too. Couldn't say for certain without knowing the ingredients.
Taking your friend's pills may very well end up with you being addicted. Only you can decide if you want to go through that again. Is it worth the chance of becoming addicted again? If you don't take them you don't have to deal with addiction again.
As ElizaJane shared the phentermine will "speed" you up and if you have any tendency toward addiction than beware. You can abuse these pills. If you think there is any chance that you would, then don't even start.
I have managed to lose weight by reducing my calorie intake. I cut out all bread, pasta, rice and sweets. I eat lots of protein, fruits and vegies. I keep my portion sizes to a minimum. I'm not able to exercise much which I recommend, but I have managed to lose 25 lbs in several months. I believe slow weight loss is the lasting kind.
