i crushed my foot in an accident that required 7 surgeries. i still have open wounds healing on the instep and heal. neurotin, oxycodone, and percocet have provided little to no relief . i use a walker, and still have very limited weight bearing limitatrions. its been 6 months
You may benefit from something longer acting then the percocet or oxycodone. Something such as Avinza may be better. It is morphine sulfate in an extended release formula.
If the Neurontin doesn't help, you might try Lyrica or Cymbalta.
Are you under the care of a pain management specialist? I highly recommend, given your condition. I, too, have had 7 surgeries on my foot so I feel for you. I am doing much better now but it took several years to get there.
Good luck and talk to the doc, let him know that you are still in pain,
