... without warning..it brings me to tears and i cannot walk when it is happening. it used to be an every once in awhile thing but now over the last yr is has become very frequent and terribly embarrassing. i am afraid to leave my house. can this be in any way connected to my biliary cirrhosis?
I am just wondering, have you tried drinking tonic water?
What is interesting is that I had not heard that PBC causing your symptoms. The only thing I can think is your system being toxic because of your illiness. Making sure you get enough sleep. So you can find the strength to fight off these toxins.
I would start to keep a journal of what you eat. Then you might find what toxifys your system and what causes your painful symptoms. You can not reverse where you are now. But I know you would not be here if you were not looking to feel better.
I hope you feel better soon.
BTW: I do not know if you fall into this area, but I do find it interesting.
Primary biliary cirrhosis is more common in Northern Europeans and is less common in populations of African descent"
