I have off accutane since 1990 but, I need to locate a copy of my prescription is that possible?

You may have a difficult time with that. Most offices will keep copies of medical records 5-10 years then they are destroyed. You might be able to locate it if you have been going to this Dr recently and your file is small therefore old records have not been thinned. If you have not seen this Dr since 1990 the records could have already been destroyed. You can write the Dr office a letter requesting your records then you will find out if they still have them or not. SomeDrs are less vigilant about getting rid of older records. It also depends on the amount of strorage space they have.
