computer enhanced hysterectomy, sacrocopoplexy, vaginal mesh net, a&p repair. I have taken suppositories, mom, and magnesium citrate (dr's orders) and still nothing happening, not even much gas. I have been walking as much as possible, and drinking alot.
Although it might be uncomfortable, you need to have a fleet enema to get things moving. Once you do have a bm, eat high fiber, lots of greens and veggies, and drink at least half gallon of water everyday. Also, at bedtime drink a glass full of warm prune juice. After my back surgery, I had the same problem for 12 days! I ended up having to take a double dose of a strong OTC stimulant for constipation. Very bad cramps but it got things moving. Also take a mild stool softener daily. Be careful with the meds though, some people become dependent on them to have a bm.
Good luck to you. I hope you're on the mend and feeling better!
