i used pregnacre i noticed that the falling was stoped but when i stoped taking the vitamine the falling is come back
Hi I know how you are feeling, when i had my baby I literally lost 75% of my hair, I kept it up and only brushed it once a day. I asked everyone in my mothers group and they said it is so common for hair to fall out after or during pregnancy, it because of hormones and the only thing you can do is to take a multi-vitamin everyday, I used swiss ultivite vitamins and found them to be the best. I know its scary but it will eventually stop, as long as your loosing hair from all over your head and NOT in patches you should be fine. I hope i have been helpful. regards dearne.
Most women experience hair loss approximately 4 months after they give birth. The vitamins might help, but, indirectly as the hair actually contains NO vitamins, it is primarily protein. The vitamins tell the digestive system to not just get rid of excess protein, make hair. Temporary hair loss lasts about 12 weeks and the hair should start coming back in. Make sure you are getting plenty of protein in your diet and you can gently brush your hair for 5 minutes a day to stimulate growth.
