I'm not sure that we, the lay public, can truly answer this question. Why are you using the bupropion? If you are taking it for depression, then it must build in the body before it becomes truly effective. I would not think that a one time dose would make that much difference. Truthfully, I would not continue this practice. The transdermal delivery is different than oral administration.
