... Cytra-K up until July 2009. Since then Midicare has not paid because they say that Cytra-K is not FDA approved! What's up. Is this true and if so why did Medicare pay for my Cytra-K for almost 7 years?
Cytra - K is not FDA approved (It is not required by the FDA to be approved) Your insurance company may have changed its terms or otherwise it may have made a mistake.
