in my neck and back. I hated them at first because they would make me sick to my stomache, now, I cant seem to quit. I want to know if there is a tapering method that would work for me. I am on pain management and I want to quit with minimal withdrawals. I am a single parent and a f/t worker. Helpppppp...
I can't help you with the tapering but I can let you know about something for the withdrawals. Google the Thomas recipe opiate withdrawal, it is a list of otc and supplements to take to help all withdrawals symptoms. You can try taking 1/2 pill less of the vicodin per day for a week to 10 days and see if you can handle it. Most people don't have the willpower to do it, I hope you do. You really haven't been on them long in the scheme of addiction, although you didn't say how many you were up to. You may not have a long withdrawal period. I hope you won't.
