I have been on oxycontin for 3 years,is opana a suitable replacement drug in pain relief and longev?

yes it is, per say if you are on 80mgs 2 times a day the conversion will be 40mg opana 2 times a day

I have been on both. I think, for my condition arachnoiditis, which causes much back pain, in the nerves too (sometimes I can't even walk because my sciatic nerve hurts so much), the Opana ER is the far better pain reliever. If you switch, the Opana is about twice as strong as Oxycodone, so just take half of your Oxycodone side for the equivalent dose of Opana. I think it works far better!
