is that possible.i had a trial 4 the pain pump but it was just a shot every other day. and not a full week like they recomend. so i was still on my other drugs while did there trial. and why i think im allergic to the morphine is i couldn't sleep ,eat and vomited 4 30 hrs straight. than was sent home and continued to have same reactions i also became very depressed in 1 week i couldn't even talk without crying. in just 3 day after they turned the pump off. i started feeling better. it has been off 4 three weeks now and im back to my old self. thank god.i had it turned off 1 week after it was put in. my surgan asked me if i wanted 2 go to a mental hospital 4 a few days. ive never lossed my control of brain before this i said i want this turned off thats all i want. thanks 4 any responce 2 this. have a nice day

ok after they turned off my pump i had to go to handle my moms funeral. i told dr i wanted it out when come back home because it is grossly sticking out of my stomach its like a hockey puck just under my skin and is very sensative 2 touch or bumping makes me cry just about i was told i wouldn't even barely notice it. yah rite. ive had 15 opperations and by far this is the worst 1 ive had. im not knocking pain pumps. just mine i see dr on thursday and will see what he says now 12 wks later. i was trying to get off alot of pain meds but ill just take pills 4 now on heck with that pump. its unlivable 4 me
I hope you meant 4 -5 years, not 45 years. Sorry, not trying to be funny. Why do you think you're allergic to it? Do you mean you're having problems with the installation site or the drug itself? What type of symptoms are you having? How long ago did you have the pump installed? If you start feeling worse, please get to a doctor asap. Morphine can make some people feel itchy. Maybe you need to have the pump checked and/or see if the dosage is too high. Please give a few more details if you could. Otherwise, don't risk your health and seek help right away. I hope you start feeling better soon.
My best wishes,
