Unfortunately, there have been documented cases of reduced size of testicles when using replacement testosterone. It doesn't happen to everyone, but it can be a side effect.
Myself, I'm not convinced if it is a side effect of the testosterone, or if it would have happened anyway through the course of the man's condition... but there it is, it has been reported and is part of the literature. You can find statements about this in the support literature that is given with your drug.
