Usual route in your situation is to stick with the med but up the dose. Try a different med if you think it's Adderall, and not the dose, that doesn't work any more. But seems to me that if you got 2 good years of benefits taking Adderall that you might want to try upping the dose before switching. If switching, take your pick of the alternatives... concerta, vyvanse, ritalin, etc... they all vary in their effectiveness and compatibility depending on the person. .
