... detox and rehab but for these people who have alcohol and heroin problems everyday gets better but for me every day gets worse and all I do is sleep. Who has had experience in this?
Maybe you have an underlying disorder causing the fatigue. I've been on adderall for nearly a year, and the highest dose of XR at that. Were you taking the extended release or immediate? If you haven't tried XR, then maybe it would help. When I first started taking it I felt great all day, but as I got used to it, some days were hit or miss. Obviously adderall kills the feeling of being hungry which is why I've lost about 40 lbs. I realized I wasn't eating enough to give me the energy to wake up the next daywithout extreme fatigue and tiredness. I have begun eating several small, high Carb snacks, hungry or not, throughout the day and started taking lexapro for underlying depression and anxiety and now the adderall works in sync with me again. You should see a psychologist to see if adhd isn't the only thing affecting you. Good luck!
