i am taking only one pill librax daily for the last 8 months is there is any problem from that???
One of the active ingredients in Librax is chlordiazepoxide (Librium) which is a benzodiazepine class sedative. As with any other benzodiazepine, there is a risk of abuse, since you develop a tolerance to the librium the longer you are on Librax. Also keep in mind that you should never abruptly stop taking Librax as benzodiazepine withdrawls can be pretty nasty. There are poeople who take Librax for 20+ years with no ill effects other than occasionally having to increase the dosage. Hope this helps. Colin Zimmermann
