I have a very small red pill someone toldme its morhine all it is is a stamped 60 on it nothing on?

its definetly morphine. a strong pain killer.

60mg Morphines are orange not red.

I'm guessing it could be an OxyContin. The 60mg dose is red. It will have either OC or OP on the other side.

As I said above, 60mg morphine tabs are peach to orange colored not red. that is why I lean more to it being an OxyContin. either way they are a very strong pain killer and a person who is not used to opioids would not want to take this as it could cause them to overdose, it is that strong. You would have to be on a large daily dose of opioid medication to be able to tolerate this kind of dose. Be very careful.
