It is very difficult to identify pills without imprints, as per the US FDA laws it is mandatory to have a marking on the pills, it could be of some foreign origin, it is recommended that you either take the pill across a pharmacy for identification or destroy it.
Is there any possibility this is X?
I believe that is Aspirin 81mg- i know aspirin looks like that - and so does an aspirin 81mg, however, i believe ive seen several diff types of aspirin with the raised heart on it :)
