I have a diarrhoeal effect after eating food made out of american flour.what is best treatment?

If at all possible please try to avoid eating things made from American flour. Try to substitute with other products.
It may be the glutin (spelling may be incorrect) in the flour that's causing the problem. Use only glutin-free flour.
