I have a 4.7 kidney stone, is it alright to drink magnesium sulphate as a natural way to break kidn?

I'm not recommending the use of magnesium if a person has kidney stones, as I don't have any scientific/research information stating that it does.

I did find a website which says that it does ... but I would recommend that you discuss taking magnesium sulphate with your doctor.
