but now doesn't. What can I do?
I was taking 40mg Nexium for a while when it stopped working. My doctor upped my dosage to 2 - 40mg of Nexuim a day. She told me to make sure I took it at bedtime because it worked better. My insurance company gave her a hard time because Nexium cost so much money. They told me to try something else for heartburn over the counter but I couldn't afford that. So my doctor gave me a month of Nexium samples to use and after a month was up told my insurance company that the OTC heartburn medicine didn't work. They finally approve it. I hope this helps.
