she is on 500 twice daily but now i,m afraid the pm dose wont work and she,ll have a seizure
I gave my 11 year old daughter her dose of keppra and about 30mins later she had diarrohea?

Are you concerned because you are afraid the Keppra left the body?
I don't think this will be an issue. If she had vomited then it would have been an issue but I don't think the pill would have moved through her GI system that fast.
The body absorbs Keppra very fast. In fact, there is no time resources state "Rapid".
I don't think you have anything to worry about.

thank you very much for this reply,i still don,t cope too well with her epilepsy and sometimes just need some reassurance which can be hard to find in the early hours
I can understand that. Epilepsy is hard enough for an adult to deal with - let alone a child and their parents.
My grandfather and father both have epilepsy, so I have seen quite a few seizures in my life. It is not always easy to watch someone go through a seizure.
It sounds like you are doing a great job watching out and taking care of your daughter.
