Pill imprint W 5 7 has been identified as Sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg.
Sertraline is used in the treatment of depression; anxiety and stress; panic disorder; social anxiety disorder; obsessive compulsive disorder (and more), and belongs to the drug class selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy
