They look like little chitlet gum. There was also a little pipe. On one side it has 10 on the other side the 1st one has 93 and the last one has 5200. Can you help me to identify what these are? Thank you!

Pill imprint 10 10 10 935200 has been identified as Buspirone hydrochloride 30 mg.
Buspirone is used in the treatment of anxiety; panic disorder; sexual dysfunction, ssri induced and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous anxiolytics, sedatives and hypnotics. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy.
Buspirone 30 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
