... am now only on 2. I am finding myself having severe nightmares and living alone has me feeling terrified to go to sleep. I have found that unforuntately (very embarrassing) I have started peeing the bed when I sleep. I just pray I can make it through this. Any suggesttions or similar issues? Thanks

Update: Going back on Nardil, unfortunately. Just after I asked the above question, I eventually did get off Nardil and did start on the Cymbalta. This was short-lived due to an extreme case of Anxiety/Panic which began shortly after i began taking it. A week later my Doctor suggested I come down on the Cymbalta and try Serequil with it. That led to even further anxiety and panic. As of the first week of Feb I decided I couldn't do this any longer. The anxiety was overwhelming. I am now off everything and having to wait 12 days to go back on Nardil. Am severly depressed.

No problems with p-ing or nightmares. Can rarely sleep and nausea so bad can't eat. I can only pray
Let's address the hardest first; The peeing. After 6 p.m. no more fluids. If you take medications at night take just enough to get the pills down. Also sleep on your back.
Now let's deal with the severe nightmares. Are they about anything in particular? If so you need to deal with it. Someway some how. Try when you go to sleep, go to sleep with some soothing music. No TV as it can disturb your sleep. Interesting how a tv program can work its self into your thoughts.
Hope these tip help
I am currently weaning off Nardil after almost 30 years. So why do I want to stop? Nardil has a side effect that is killing me... body weight. Doc says reduce or die. Leg pain and itching are the only side effects I am experencing at this time. I cut down one pill/week and now have not taken one in over a week. Anxiety is pretty bad but am able to deal with it. Has anhyone else had leg pain and itching and if so how did you deal with it?
