I am assuming you mean the amino acid supplement made by GNLD?
I checked the active ingredients of the bio tone with the Effexor for interactions and found none. That is not a guarantee however, and best to check with your doctor first. You may have to explain to the doctor the active ingredients of bio tone in order for him/her to give you an educated answer. They are: arginine, ornithine, tyrosine, choline, and inositol.
