I understand that there may be adverse side effects from long term use. How often should I see my doctor for tests to ensure that I am not setting myself up for these side effects?
I would recommend asking to get the gel instead. There are no side effects with using the gel. I love the gel. It works reducing pain in my knees, hands, and my elbows. I have OA, RA, migraines, and DDD. I really love the gel.
If you do get it, ask for 1000 gms. It's cheaper that way.
Hope I've helped.
