When I was taking Celexa - I was switched to the generic and it did not work so well.
Generic medicines have the same medicine (active ingredient) as the original medicines, but the tablet may be made up of different filler (components) compared to the original medicine. So sometimes people may have different therapeutic outcomes with the generic medicines. But theoretically they should work the same.
