I am on the 3rd pack of BCP Ocella and my chin is horribly broken out. I didn't have a skin problem before, I started taking this to ease my cramps and have lighter periods. I was previously on Microgestin. Do I need ot go see my doctor and switch, or have I not given it enough time to set in?
Acne is a known side effect of Ocella and of other hormonal birth control. It affects some women more than others. And some women may have benefits of treating acne with this pill.
