I am recently diagnose with type I, 1.5 years. I found that Januvia helps stabilize my sugars. I was spiking as high as 340. I am now spiking to 190 and averaging 110. My insulin intake is cut in half. Of course, diet and exercise plays a vital role. I am currently active duty army, so exercise is not an option. The drug saved my military courier. As long as I control my sugars I can stay in until retirement, one more year.
