Coumadin is a blood thinner correct? I would think you would be able to take anything without aspirin or NSAIDS. Don't quote me on that. Maybe you should ask Dave(mpvt) or Robert_325. They are both wise men... Good Luck.. Kimmie

I am wondering what condition are you on Coumadin for? Did you have CF or a pace maker or a stroke? That does make a difference in what you take. You sound like you have other medical factors going on that will restrict your OTC and RX medications you can take.

My advice is Call your Doctor

actually, aspirin is encouraged as coumadin is a blood thinner. You can take Tylenol or Aspirin for normal pain... avoid ibuprofen and sudifed.
