i am now worried that i wont wake up to my alarm when i have an early start in the morning?
Do you mean Temaze? Temazepam is reported as an ingredient of Temaze in Australia.
Depending on how early your start is in the morning relative to the time you go to bed, you might want to rethink taking Temaze when you have an early start. You should not take temazepam or any other benzodiazepine sleeping medicine unless you are able to get a full night’s sleep before you must be active again.
Just begin on the lowest dose available and try on a Friday (or whenever the weekend is for your work-schedule) so if you sleep through your alarm the stakes aren't high - you won't miss work and you'll know that medication isn't for you.
Just take medications slowly if worried and know you're being safe! Some people like to start on huge doses, but you can always ask for a smaller dose - I do it.
