I have only lost 7lbs in a month and a half. Alot of people on here have lost much more. I know everyones body is different, but what gives? Although i have noticed the people who lose a massive amount of weight in short time frame, usually weigh in their 200s and up. I am 5'4 and weigh 179. Should I do more cadio that weight resistance? I eat very little-1000-1500 calories a day. I try to excersise at least 3x a week. Any suggestions?
