I am needing information on the following combinations of prescribed drugs - especially what are the side effects of Rifampicin Ca 300g x's 2 once a day, Ethambutol 400mg x's 3 once a day, Clarithromycin 250mg x's 2 twice a day, Metoclopramide HCL TA 10mg x's 1 3 to 4 times daily, Codeine Phosphate TA 30mg x's1 four times a day or when required and panadol x's2 twice a day or when required. Plus Fluconazole CA 50mg x's3 once daily, Metoprolol Succ.TA 47.5mg CR (BET) x's 1 once a day, Aspirin 100mg x's1 once a day.

Have been on medication for heart condition for last 10 years and the first 3 combinations' since april of this year. Have also been on a raft of medication for skin conditions before and since the heart condition.
Completed sucessful treatment for Whipple Disease about August last year and have now being diagnosed with a form of mycobacterium HIV negative(or as advised by medical team - a distant relative of Whipples being mycobacterium avium-intracellularen and mycobacterium paratuberculosis) thus the Rifampicin, Ethambutol and Clarithromycin.

Is there any evidence of the success of this combination of drugs for the treatment of Mycobacterium. What was the timeframe in achieving success. Is there a support group.

Appreciate your time, information and help.
