the capsule is packaged in a foil backed sheet, where the word that describes the drug is printed in red ink. The first letter in the description is a capital "O" that starts on the bubble and then extends across the foil. The sheet holds 10 blue and white capsules, the number identifier of which I cannot ascertain.
I am looking for the identity of a blue and white capsule?
Added 14 Feb 2011:
the blue color is medium or even darker blue, no speckling, no other marks, no identifier numbers or barcodes on the packaging. the other end of the capsule (gelatin type) is pure white in color. the capsule could fall into the category of antidepressants, anti-anxiety, or even antipsychotic. It could also be an anti-hypertensive drug.
Is there an imprint on the capsule itself? Unfortunately, it is not possible to ID any pill online without an imprint. All prescription and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint.
Your pill could be a vitamin, a diet/herbal/energy pill, or an illicit or foreign pill.
Otherwise take it to your pharmacy and see if they can help out.
