I have had the same problem. My Dr likes to insist it is tolerance but I know that is not true because my short acting oxycodone still works just fine and if I were tolerant to one form, I think I would have tolerance to the other. It didnt happen until I got the new formula ones either. I tried switching to MSContin for awhile but I felt like I still did better with the OxyContin. I have not tried Opana yet myself, but it might work for you. You wont know until you try. I was thinking of asking my Dr the same about Opana because I've heard good things about it.
