The regulations require testing for a specific class of substances including cocaine, marijuana, amphetamines, opiates (including codeine) and phencyclidine (or PCP). This test is called a five-panel screen.
Some employers will err on the side of caution and require a seven-panel or higher screen to test for additional substances.
Lunesta will not be detected in a 5 or 7 panel screen.
Given the responsibility to the public, however, you should not drive under the influence of Lunesta.
