Should I be concerned? I am worried about the risks. She recommended 1/8 of the amount that should be used everyday for 2 weeks then only twice a week
I use it for dryness and as there is no history of breast cancer in my family, it was deemed low risk. I was also to follow up with testing.
I was put on 1 gram (1/4 on tube) every day for 3 weeks and then to taper off. After 3 months9from the start) I was to have an ultrasound to determine if there was any thickening of the uterine wall. It was fine. I also dropped dosage down to once a week and my doctor said that was probably the lowest dosage I could do to still get desired result. It has been 6 months since I began. The nurse in the office (where I have been going over 23 years)said that none of their patients has had any problem with this cream.
I was reluctant to start it once I read all the precautions on the package and I called the office with my concerns.
I hope you do not have any problems with it.
