emergency room gave me oxycodone, then doc. prescibed hydrocodone
No you can not take the oxycodone and hydrocodone if they are both the short-acting versions. If you have the OXYCONTIN that's released throughout 24 hours and then you get hydrocodone maybe but I was recently Flagged once for filling an oxycodone and hydrocodone prescription at the same time.So be careful!!! Like I said if the oxy is the extended release version then you should be fine but don't fill them both at the same time because it will look suspicious.
