Hypertensive Emergency - My blood pressure is currently 204/107 down from 214/117. Should I worry?

You should worry quite a lot. Get someone to drive you, take a taxi; I don't care but you really should be in the ER. Do you have any medication for your blood pressure? Regardless, you have to get some kind of medical attention and I, personally, believe you should seek that much sooner rather than later.
