I've been on hydroxychloroquine for many years and also have had RLS for many years. I don't know if there's a connection, but I'll say there's not. My mother and sister don't take the hydroxy but both have RLS. My mother has RBS. I've found relief with Mirapex/pramipexole 0.5 mg x2 per day. I've not had any problems with the strange addictions that it can cause. My sister has and it was very bad. I also can get immediate relief at times from Hyland's homeopathic "Restful Legs" or "Leg Cramps" which I dissolve in my mouth. Have you tried these?
