I had back surgery two years ago , I'm still have some pills Can I take ones for pain
Check the bottle label for the use before: ? date.
It has a fairly long shelf life but you don't know how long since manufacturing and the time it was filled.
Now I have to advise you to check with your doctor. They were prescribed after surgery. If you are having increased pain now, he should know about it.
Careful. That sounds like generic Dilaudid, but I do not know the dose. With that stuff you usually do not get it until you are opioid tolerant. That means your system has gotten used to the opioids. The reason they do that is it is real strong. Over dose is a danger if you have not developed a tolerance. BE CAREFUL.
Look up opioid tolerance and there is an official medical definition. Also, if you are thinking of breaking a time released pill that is dangerous too!
