My PM Dr. will gladly prescribe it for me but I am not sure if it is available yet. I do know that it is available in the brand name Exalgo but, my insurance will not pay for that. It will pay for generic brands though. I'm able to get generic dilaudid ir of course but, not the er hydromorphone. Does anyone have any info. on this?
