I am 29 years old. I miscarried with my second pregnancy at 11 weeks with the fetus measuring 7 weeks 4 days after having a straight forward first pregnancy. My husband started beta blockers after we had our first child and I wanted to know could beta blockers affect the quality of sperm and increase chances of miscarriage for future pregnancies?
I wouldn't think a beta blocker would cause that. It may be an issue with your Cervix. my pregnant girlfriend has that issue. they do a short procedure called a circlage where they basically stitch the cervix closed. this is discovered by an ultrasound specialist, not the standard ultrasound that an OB might do while pregnant. the idea of the circlage is to keep the cirvix from a dilated state and then during labor it can easily be removed. hope this helps

I take bystolic beta blocker. Anyone ever had a glass of wine while on beta blockers? Any pros/cons?
