surgery he began having bouts of vertigo. usually when his sinuses are stopped up. weather fronts moving through the area trigger the sinus problems. the vertigo lasts for hours and he is unable to stand without falling. would meclizine help? he is epileptic and taked daily doses of dilantin and kepra.
