I'm 22 years old, I suffer from hypothyroidism, PCOS and irritable bowel syndrome.. Most of the time I'm constipated and I could go up to 10 days without a single bowel movement, after I started treatment with levothyroxine I started to poop more frequently but my poops are rock hard and have sharp edges that tend to irritate and scratch my anus, sometimes I even bleed! And even hours after my last bowel movement it still hurts.. I eat lots of fibers and salads but nothing helped soften up my poops.. Is there anything else I can do?
