Hi e,
I have taken insulin for years and only occasionally have pain but i remember being taught to count to 5 b4 removing the needle. Hope that helps. pat (pdixmftr)
I haven't started yet, but when I went through IVF the Progesterone shots were horrible so I would ice the area first. Helped me immensely and from what I've read I'll be trying it with the Humira also. Hope this helps!
