Dear caroline,
Humex is an antitussive medicine w/no addictive properties because it is a substitute for codeine. It has many diagnostic purposes, one of them being for epilepsy, it is considered generally very safe and useful,in other words; it will not harm epileptics such as we are.If you have any other questions,i will try to answer them as precise as possible.
