Need to see a physician immediately due to now you are dealing with a very serious internal infection more over a transmitted disease and this has to be dealt with by a certified physician... They or he/she will know what to do and how to go about getting you on the right anti-biotic as well as something to clear up the mouth area and the pain... Blaze22
First let me explain that HPV is different then the Herpes virus. The HPV causes genital warts while the herpes causes lesions or sore like blisters. Anyway, they are two different viruses.
The virus would not have caused an immediate response in the mouth. Though you could develop sores in your mouth and other locations eventually from the exposure if your husband has the herpes virus. While there is no cure for herpes type 2 virus, there are medications that can reduce the viral load such as Valtrex. If your husband has HPV then he needs to have the warts treated as well, if any are visible.
I recommend you use a condom from now on to prevent any spread of the viruses and seek the medical attention of a doctor to have him treated appropriately.
