my husband has type 1 and has been using the kwikpen for abut 1 and a half years his blood sugar is all over the chart and his a1c slowly but surely climbing he is on a sliding scale and checks his sugars alot keeps a journal all day we asked the doctor if the pen is giving the right dose so we made an experiment we used a reg. syring and set the pen for 20 units and only 15 come out so we then tried this on another pen set it for 20 units an only 10 come out I called right away and was told someone would call me but no was has, why not? dont you think that if these pens arent giving the right dose that they could also be giving to much this is so dangerous
