joints hurt, the thumb is bent most of the time, I can work it out sort of, in the morning, but it gets 'stuck' in the bent position all the time. My first finger is hurting at the first knuckle, thumb hurts at both knuckles.
I do NOT want to go on RA meds, and I WILL NOT go on RA meds. Are there any alternatives, natural or unnatural (lol) that I may consider?
